Supertool ahoy!
Unlike other people with more hands-on jobs, I don't get new toys very often. So when I do get one I revel in the afterglow for a while.
About a week ago I got my hands on this little gem.
Follow up:
Tis a beautiful thing indeed. I was already the proud owner of a totally righteous Swiss Army Knife which have everything known to man (including a magnifying glass, pen, and a toothpick) but it's just so damn chunky as to be half unusable. The leatherman on the other hand is built for daily use so is far more sleek, with all of it's components folding neatly away into the handles and the overall all shape being condusive to being held!
And on the upside it didn't cost me a cent. Huzzah! ![]()

You know you are a true nerd when you pull one of them out of your pocket.
Often I need pliars, phillips and flathead screwdrivers, and some hardcore cutting implements at work and at home.
So I find it useful already. It may wear off eventually, but it cost me nothing so it's not like I've lost anything :D
