One of the best things about this job, apart from the money (MONEY MONEY MONEY MONEY) is the fact that every now and then you get to do something completely different from the normal. Whether it be a short trip around the state in a B-Double or a days golf at queens park. But every so often you do actually get to do something different that is actually work related.

We recently won a tender with the City of Greater Geelong. This meant building what for all purposes looks like your own personal transformer. These things are a special build that COGG has for parks and gardens. Why they have them is still beyond me, because the cost quite a bit more than a conventional tipping body. After a few OK a lot of hiccups they were delivered this week. You may see them traveling around the place, on of them you should see as it’s the first Hybrid truck delivered in the area and will be covered in sign writing fairly soon. So keep a eye out.
