We gave her the name dribbles becasue she, well, dribbles.

Well I'm at home with the flu/cold today.

Had a weird mobo failure this morning where both bios's appeared to fail. So I shot off a email to Gigabyte and got a responce in a few hours. (must have selected the right keywords) And now its all good.

Played some more pariah to see if it get any beter. Still seems to have the same annoying problems with it. You would think when they load a new level they qould face the character in the direction they were traveling, not where they came from.

Also decided to sety up my rss fees on the new pc.

Might do some more work on the lupinator v2.0 if I feel up to it.

Well after all the hype surounding this game, I finaly managed to get my hands on a copy and what do I find? A poor excuse for a game. Sure I've only played the 1st level so far, but it hasnt got me sucked in yet.

Here are my main problems with the game.

1. I paid for a monitor and a video card that does good res, so dont put the cut scenes in 280x300.
2. A.I. stands for artificial intlegence not for absoulte idiot. Its a fairly easy game to play as the enemys just stand there why you shoot them.
3. When you load a new level or scene, put the character in a decent starting place. I spent 5 mins trying to jump over a rock that I thought was the right way to go only to fiind I had to turn around and go out the way I thought I came.

Over all so far this game has been a big disapointment. Im hoping it gets better as the game goen on but I cant see it hapening somehow. I only hope the multiplayter is better.

Well today my old PC is off to its new owner.

I know it is gonig to be painfull because they are complete noobs. We are talking about people that have never used a pc before. But oh well I'll train them up and it will all be good.

Been playing Swat4 of late. Its my kind of game. I like the way you can just sit back and get all your teammates to do all the work. Kinda like life realy

Must say I'm loving my new LCD even more. Mrs lupin was reluctant to get rid of the 12 month old samsung CRT that I had. But now that we have the 19incher she couldn't be happier.

Off to gremlan 0.5 tomorrow. Will report back on how it goes.
