yep. paypal is best for all payments. they cover you like 2.5k now. I got ripped off once, using bank transfer and that seller magically disappeared of ebay, but they wouldn't do anything about it since it was under $25

Very funny, but sadly that scammer is among thousands on eBay. I am glad that you saw thru his scam and did not loose your hard earned money. Perhaps you might like to take a look at my website, where we record scammers and bad sellers we have detected on eBay and other auction sites.
The one dead give away of these scoundrels is that they demand payment via Western Union and are prepared to ship items at their own 'expense' and also 'drop' or reduce the price of their item.

If I may, I would advise any potential Buyer to scrutinise the feedback of any seller on eBay before committing themselves to ANY purchase. This is impossible to do with zero feedback sellers and sadly new sellers will find it hard to sell high priced items, until they have built up their feedback and reputation on eBay. Be wary that many scammers will purchase $0.01 eBooks to inflate their feedback to fool potential Buyers. The other 'golden rule' is that, if it looks too good to be true it probably is.

That is funny as.

I had a simular incident where some faggot nigerian buyer got my phone saying that it was for there dad who was sick and they could only pay via western union money transfer, they proceeded to tell me that i had to first post the item and once they had received the item that they would contact WU and tell them to give me my money.

I soon responded with an emailing stating along the lines of suck my dick you fag and stick your WU transfer up your ass.

best bet. stick with PAYPAL.

one of my mates had a guy put in jail for an ebay fraud over a $400 sony ericosn
this guy deserves way worse
